Establishing a healthy life is a common goal but the question is, where to begin? 

It is necessary for one to take the first step no matter how small it is and believe that any kind of change is possible. 

The aim is to start slow and then gradually make big changes in your daily routines. 

Observe your habits 

Start tracking how many meals you eat in a day, what kind of foods you tend to eat more, how much time you spend working out etc.

Writing down your daily habits will help you analyze yourself better.Write down your goals, journals can help in tracking your progress towards achieving that goal. 

Set goals

Always remember to Start with short term goals. For example: ‘I’m going to avoid any sort of junk food for a whole day’. Once you achieve that goal, REWARD YOURSELF. This helps you to keep yourself motivated in accomplishing the goal. You can set higher goals as you proceed further. 

 Change your diet:  

Eating healthy can form the base of a healthy lifestyle. Changing your dietary habits can be very challenging but if you take one step at a time, it can make the transition less overwhelming. Never make big sudden changes in your eating habits as it will result in a negative outcome.  

 Incorporate physical activities: 

Start including exercises in your daily schedules and aim for at least 30 mins per day. Exercising not only helps you stay fit but also eases depression, gives you confidence about your appearance and boosts your energy endurance.
